Data Deletion Instructions

MidL Social ("midL", "we") lets you delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how, and how to revoke access for data we received from connected platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Google.
1. Delete your account in-app
- Sign in to midL.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Click Delete account and confirm.
Your account, workspaces you own, clients, content, comments, uploaded assets, and stored OAuth tokens are permanently deleted within 30 days. Backups are purged within 90 days.
2. Email request
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@getmidl.com from the address tied to your account with the subject line "Data deletion request". We will verify your identity and delete your data within 30 days.
3. Revoke connected platforms
Disconnecting an integration in Settings → Connections immediately revokes the OAuth token and deletes the platform data we hold for that connection. You can additionally remove midL from each platform's app-settings page:
- Facebook / Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove "MidL Social".
- TikTok: Settings → Security & Login → Manage app permissions.
- LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services.
- X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions.
- Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access.
4. What is retained
We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request, and invoices required by tax law (held by our Merchant of Record, Paddle), for the period required by applicable law.
